CHILLER -4: COOLER LEAK REPAIR & REPLACEMENT OF TOUCH PILOT DISPLAY

Scope details:

Ø    Mobilize to the site with required tools and materials.

Ø    Isolate the chiller from electrical source.

Ø    Open the end cover of evaporator.

Ø    Perform eddy current and identify the number of tubes with leakage.

Ø    Report the no. of tubes identified defective as per Eddy Current Analysis Report.

Ø    Wait for customer’s advise to plug the tubes or replace them.

Ø    Supply & replacement of touch pilot display.

Ø    Start the chiller and log the parameters.

Ø    Handover the system to customer with recommendations.

Ø    Demobilization from the site and housekeeping.
