Subject: Making of Padel Tennis Court.
Site Preparation
- Clearing and excavation:
Remove existing landscape and palm trees and excavate the area to the required depth. Relocating of palm tree on required place.
Leveling:
Ensure the ground is leveled to prevent unevenness and ensure proper drainage. –
Grading:
Achieve a uniform slope of 1-2% for effective drainage.
Base Construction –
Sub-base layers: Lay a compacted gravel base to provide a stable foundation and make of one layer of screed. –
Concrete edging: Install a concrete/blocks border around the court to prevent damage and ensure stability. –
Drainage system: Install a drainage system, including perforated pipes and a suitable drainage slope.
Court Surface - Surface material: Supply and installation of EPD rubber flooring with selected colour
Line marking:
Paint the court lines according to official tennis regulations.
Additional Features –
Fencing:
Install fencing around the court for safety and security, with a minimum height of 3 meters.
Posts and net:
Install net posts and a net that meets tennis regulations. –

EPDM Flooring
Cast in site EPDM /TPV rubber flooring system with 40mm later of SBR mixed with aromatic binder followed by 10mm layer of EPDM mixed with aromatic binder

Championship quality padel Court turf will have 12mm pile height and Mono filament yarns with green or blue colour . It has a gauge of 3/16 .“ with stitch rate of 28.5 tufts/dm, resulting in 60,705 tufts/m2, 5400/8 dtex and double PP with Fleece backing.
