Working Hours:

• 12hours, (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) - 7 days a week (daytime)

Working Post: Swimming Pool

General Terms and Requirements:

• The vendor confirms to undertake all relevant government authorities’ licenses, permissions, and consents required for it to perform the services, and to perform all of its obligations under this agreement.
• Training or any certification required in compliance with relevant authorities for the lifeguard shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

Scope of work:

• Enforce all pool rules in a consistent manner.
• Administer first aid and CPR as required.
• To keep watch& ward of the swimming pools area.
• Monitor chemical levels and be sure that no one is using the pools within the next hour to put the chemicals.
• Responsible for ensuring that the guest lockers area is clean.
• To keep watch on the cleanliness of the swimming pools area.
• Responsible for ensuring that the guest showers area is clean.
• Responsible for making sure that the kids are using the swimming pool with someone from their family.
• Responsible for the implementation of the close the swimming pool.
• Protect Life and Property.
• Responsible for the implementation of the close the swimming pool.
• Identify potential accident hazards.
• Be alert or prevent accidents (risk management).
• Handle discipline situations with courtesy and fairness.
• Respond quickly, intelligently, decisively, and in accordance with established emergency and accident management procedures.
• Patrol on foot; at all of the swimming pools area.
• Enforce client policies and regulations in an effective, courteous, and sensitive manner.
• Provide rapid response to safety, first aid, medical, environmental health, and other emergencies in the Property.
• Support the crime prevention function.
• Respond to calls for assistance or service.
• Prepare and submit reports containing required and pertinent information in a timely and efficient manner to the Authorities.
• To be on the lookout for potential trouble mongers and be proactive.
• To report Faults & Failures to the Second Party's Representative and follow up rectification measures as directed by him.
• To cooperate with maintenance representatives like plumbing, electricity, etc., for repair and rectification.
• Check all materials being removed from the site making sure they have written permission from the authority.

Documentation:

• Shall maintain Swimming Pool Visitor Logbook
• Shall maintain swimming pool maintenance Logbook.
• Shall maintain a record of quality check of swimming pool water.
• Shall maintain a record of PH level and chlorine level of swimming pool water.

Safety Policy:

• Workforce shall be provided with proper uniform, hand gloves, face mask, and other safety equipment to be used while duty.
• The vendor is solely responsible for any liability that may arise due to the injury sustained to its employees during their work under this agreement.
