Scope of Work

 

Asset Description:

  • 1 Nos. Garbage Chute System (Building Floor Model: B+G+4+R)
  • 3 Nos. Garbage Trolleys


Service Frequency:

  • Monthly – 12 times/ Year
  • Chute High-Pressure Washing and disinfection- Quarterly- 4 times/ Year
  • Breakdown calls - Unlimited

 

Consumables and Spare Parts:

  • Comprehensive
  • Maintain a reasonable inventory of essential spare parts for maintenance and services falling within the scope of services.
  • PPM consumables shall be included in the service.
  • Exclusion- Replacement of offset/Deflector, Hopper Doors & external water leakage

 

Emergency Response:

Priority 1 – Emergency:  Immediately (Within 2 hours)

  • Incident requires urgent interference.

Priority 2 – Urgent: Within 4 hours

  • Poses a threat of personal injury, equipment damage, or serious disruption of operations.

Priority 3 – Expedited:  8 Hours

  • Something that is not classified as urgent but needs to be resolved speedily e.g. a situation that reflects poorly on the Client.

Priority 4 – Scheduled: 24 Hours

  • Nonurgent to operations. Date scheduled, chargeable works requiring prior client approval

Note: Technical assistance via phone calls shall be provided to the building security or FM team immediately if required.

Scope of Work:

System Maintenance

  • Lubricating exhaust fan and replacement in case of repair.
  • Door closer magnetic lock replacement if faulty.
  • Door closer jack replacement if faulty.
  • Hopper Door welding if broken.
  • Door indicators replacement if faulty or broken.
  • Electric connection rectification within the chute if faulty.
  • Fire door springs and fusible link replacement if broken.
  • Control panel electrical and electronic component repair and replacement.
  • Trolley wheels replacement only.
  • Elbow/deflector welding works if any.
  • Check the water cleaning system for the garbage chute.
  • Period checking for all Garbage chute duct, sealant, and operation.
  • The report should be issued by the end of each visit and the forms to be approved by the Client.

Washing

  • All chute doors will be cleaned with Non-Hazardous Chemicals Floor-by-Floor - Internal & External.
  • Chute duct will be sprayed with chemicals and will be cleaned manually till you have access.
  • Chute duct will be cleaned with HP water - subject to water provision on each floor in the garbage room.

 

Safety Policy:

  • Workforce shall be provided with proper uniform, hand gloves, face mask, and other safety equipment to be used while duty.
  • Shall take special care to seclude the area of our work by proper partition and provide signboard in work.
  • Clean the area completely after completion of the work and never leave tools, waste, etc. at the worksite.
  • Vendor is solely responsible for any liability that may arise due to the injury sustained to its employees during their work under this agreement.
