Service Frequency:

Half Yearly – 2 times/ year

Consumables and Spare Parts:

Comprehensive

PPM consumables shall be included in the service.

Scope of Work:

Sampling

Shall arrange samples from various locations advised by the client.

Analysis and Reporting

Initially, the system was flushed with plain water to remove suspended solids, after which freshwater was filled in and chlorine

dosed.

The chlorine level after the hypochlorite dosing was found to be at 2.2 ppm level.

All the valves were closed and after the recommended residence time, the system was flushed until the chlorine level is <0.5

ppm (acceptable limits).

Shall conduct the specified tests on various samples in accordance with International Standard test methods.

Chemical used in the service shall be approved by Local Authorities.

An electronic copy of the results shall be provided in a detailed report.

The original certificate shall be delivered to the site office in the same month of sample collection.

Safety Policy:

WorkForce shall be provided with proper uniform, hand gloves, face mask, and other safety equipment to be used while duty.

Shall take special care to seclude the area of our work by proper partition and provide signboard in the area of work.

Clean the area completely after completion of the work and never leave tools, waste, etc. at the worksite.

The vendor is solely responsible for any liability that may arise due to the injury sustained to its employees during the course of their work under this agreement.
