Scope of Work –3rd Party Inspection

Asset Description:

• Elevators (residential)– 3nos (stops- 12 nos )

Service Frequency:

• Half-yearly– 2 times/ Year

Scope of Work:

• Third Party Inspection and certifications for Elevators and Cradle.
• Load testing of Elevators shall be the responsibility of the vendor.
• One time re-inspection shall be free of cost, if required.
• Inspection shall be according to relevant international standards including lifts directive 2014/33/EU, EN 81-20 and EN 81-50 to provide with:
• Conformity assessment.
• Safety evaluation
• Risk and condition assessment
• The Certificate for inspection will be valid for 6 months.
• Report shall be submitted in maximum 07 working days after the completion of the inspection

Safety Policy:

• Work Force shall be provided with proper uniform, hand gloves, face mask, and other safety equipment to be used while duty.
• The vendor is solely responsible for any liability that may arise due to the injury sustained to its employees during the course of their work under this agreement.
