Pergola – Wooden Roof Structure Repair and Replacement of WPC floor

Scope of Work

• Inspect, repair, and replace all damaged wooden components of the pergola structure.
• Supply and apply waterproof and weatherproof paint on the entire wooden structure.
• Supply and install IP67-rated LED lights, including proper cabling and electrical connections.

Pergola – Flooring

• Dismantle and remove the existing wooden flooring and structural elements.
• Supply and install a new base structure suitable for WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) flooring.
• Supply and install new WPC flooring (waterproof and weatherproof).
• Supply and install IP67-rated wooden floor lights with complete new wiring.

1st Floor Wooden Bridges (2 Nos.)

• Dismantle existing wooden flooring and side structures of both bridges.
• Remove existing paint, sand, and clean all CI/GI surfaces thoroughly.
• Apply primer to metal surfaces where required.
• Supply and apply waterproof brown wood paint, matching the pergola’s finish.
• Supply and install new WPC flooring with appropriate supporting structures.
• Supply and install new wooden side structures for the bridges.

• Proper finishing and long-term durability are to be ensured.
• A comprehensive warranty must be provided for all supplied and installed materials and works.
