Scope of Work

1. Tank Cleaning Procedures

• Complete isolation and draining of each tank

• Manual and mechanical scrubbing of tank interior walls

• High-pressure jet cleaning to remove sediment, algae, and biofilm

• Removal of rust, scale, and organic contaminants

• Rinsing and drying of tank surfaces

• Final visual inspection and hygiene verification

2. Pipeline Disinfection

• Flushing of pipelines with Dubai Municipality-approved disinfectants

• Chlorination as per DM guidelines

• Removal of biofilm and microbial buildup from internal pipe surfaces

• Final flushing with potable water

• Water sample testing for Total Bacterial Count (TBC) and Legionella by DM-approved third-party lab – 10 sample each

3. Chemicals Used

All chemicals used will be:

• Non-toxic, eco-friendly, and DM-approved

• Safe for potable water systems

• Accompanied by Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for each product

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Cleaning and disinfection reports for each tank and pipeline

• MSDS documentation for all chemicals used

• Water quality test results from DM-approved labs

• Before and After Photos of Cleaning

• Soft and Hard Copy of Complete Cleaning Report
