B14.07 - Water Tank Cleaning

1. Scope of Work

The Contractor shall provide Water Tank Cleaning, Water System Disinfection, and Pipeline Chlorination services for the building's domestic water storage and distribution system.

The scope includes:

Water Tank Cleaning

• Clean one (1) Underground RCC Water Tank with a capacity of 50,000 gallons.
• Clean one (1) Rooftop GRP Water Tank with a capacity of 2,000 gallons.
• Remove sludge, sediment, and contaminants from the tanks.
• Clean all internal tank surfaces using approved cleaning methods.

Water System Disinfection & Pipeline Chlorination

• Carry out complete water system disinfection.
• Perform pipeline chlorination throughout the building's water distribution system.
• Ensure the water system is disinfected in accordance with Dubai Municipality requirements.

Laboratory Testing

The Contractor shall arrange:

• Quarterly Total Bacterial Count (TBC) laboratory tests – 5 tests.
• Quarterly Legionella laboratory tests – 5 tests.
• Provide test results as part of the service records.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

The Contractor shall:

• Coordinate the work schedule with the Skyline Livings Representative.
• Supply all labour required to perform the services.
• Provide all cleaning materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Provide transportation for personnel and equipment.
• Supply uniforms and safety shoes/PPE for cleaning staff.
• Perform the work in accordance with Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Issue a Cleaning Certificate after each service.
• Submit a Final Completion Report with photographs upon completion of the work.

5. Deliverables

After each service, the Contractor shall provide:

• Cleaning Certificate.
• Work Completion Report.
• Final Report with photographs.
• Quarterly laboratory test reports for Total Bacterial Count (TBC) and Legionella testing.
