A4.01 - Water Feature Maintenance

Scope of Work

• Conduct a detailed site survey of the water tank, pump room, and main incoming line.
• Assess existing water hardness levels (lab test report required).
• Evaluate available space, electrical requirements, drainage points, and bypass line feasibility.
• Submit a technical proposal including:
• Recommended system capacity
• Resin tank size and type
• Brine tank specifications
• Salt consumption estimates
• Regeneration cycle details
• System layout drawing
• Compliance certifications

FREQUENCY OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCEMAINTENANCE VISIT SCHEDULE & REPORTS
