A5.01 - Waste Collection and Bin Removal

Scope of Work

The Contractor shall provide general waste collection, transportation, and disposal services for Flamingo Lux.

Waste Collection Services

• Supply scheduled collection of general waste from the property.
• Collect waste using 2.5 CBM general waste bins.
• Empty and transport waste from the designated collection point.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Ensure environmentally responsible waste handling and disposal practices.
• Respond to ad-hoc collection requests by the next operational day when requested by the Skyline Livings Representative.

3. Duties of the Waste Collection Team

The Contractor's personnel shall:

• Collect general waste from the designated waste storage area.
• Empty the waste containers according to the agreed schedule.
• Load collected waste safely onto collection vehicles.
• Transport waste to approved disposal facilities.
• Ensure waste is handled in compliance with local environmental regulations.
• Respond to additional (ad-hoc) collection requests within the next operational day.
• Maintain safe working practices during collection and transportation.
• Report any collection issues or access problems to the Skyline Livings Representative.
