Scope of Work – AMC for 3-Wing KTV ATRIUM FLEX Revolving Door – Quarterly PPM

Equipment Covered

• Dormakaba KTV ATRIUM FLEX 3-Wing Revolving Door

• KT FLEX Direct Drive System (Manual, Power-Assisted, or Automatic)

• LED Light Ring and Ceiling Canopy

• Safety Sensors and Emergency Systems

• Floor Ring, Sealing Brushes, and Thresholds

• Laminated Safety Glass Panels

• Control Interfaces and Diagnostics Ports

Mechanical Maintenance

• Inspect and lubricate pivot points, bearings, and central shaft

• Check alignment and balance of the 3 wings

• Inspect and adjust door wing seals and brushes

• Tighten all structural fasteners and mounting hardware

• Inspect floor ring for wear, corrosion, or misalignment

Electrical & Control System Maintenance

• Test KT FLEX Direct Drive operation in all modes (M, P, S, A)

• Verify sensor calibration and response times

• Inspect wiring harnesses and connectors for damage or corrosion

• Check LED lighting functionality and replace faulty units

• Test emergency stop switch and disabled access button

Safety & Compliance Checks

• Inspect and test presence detection sensors

• Confirm proper operation of speed limiter and torque control

• Ensure emergency egress features are functional

• Review signage and accessibility features

• Validate compliance with EN 16005 safety standards

Glass & Aesthetic Maintenance

• Inspect laminated safety glass for cracks, chips, or delamination

• Clean glass panels, canopy, and floor ring

Documentation & Corrective Maintenance Tasks

• On-call support for breakdowns or faults

• Replacement of worn-out components (belts, sensors, brushes, etc.)

• Touch-up paint/Polishing if needed

• Glass panel replacement and resealing

• Drive system recalibration or replacement

• Service Report for Quarterly PPM
