OUTDOOR PLANTS SERVICES

TREES

. Inspect for soil and foliar insect pests, diseases and other such infestations. Take

action and treat before there is any sign of damage. Treat all plants for fungus gnats

with both a systemic and contact pesticide to prevent outbreaks as required.

. Trimming and pruning as and when required; all green waste will be removed after

cutting.

. Applying fertilizer as and when required.

. A comprehensive soil nutrient analysis will be carried out on a quarterly basis

to determinefertilizer application rates.

. Adequate support will be provided to trees and when required.

. Maintain proper growing medium nutrient levels and add new soil as necessary.

(Outdoor inbuilt box soil level will be maintained same as at the time of signing the

contract)

. Watering Inspect soil moisture levels and replenish as necessary to meet

requirements.

. Daily watering for the outdoor plants will be hotel responsibility

4. MIX INDOOR & OUTDOOR PLANTS MAINTENANCE

. Maintenance of Plants Perform services to ensure cleanliness and those plants are

free of pests and unsightly or damaged leaves at all times.

. Watering. Inspect soil moisture levels and replenish as necessary to meet

requirements.

. Pest and Disease Control Inspect for soil and foliar insect pests, diseases and other

such infestations. Take action and treat before there is any sign of damage. Treat

all plants for fungus gnats with both a systemic

outbreaks as required.

Pruning Prune each species in accordance with the particular variety's needs.

. Fertilization Regularly inspect the various species and, at the proper time, apply

the type and amount of fertilization required to promote lush, green foliage

. Cleaning All foliage will be cleaned, trimmed, and kept free of dust and dirt.

Clean decorativecontainers and remove debris from soil surface as required at

each visit.

Preventive Maintenance Perform preventative maintenance to avoid potential

problemareas.

. Existing Plants: List of existing plants attached, apart from this list if any

additional /new plant/area will be charged additional to this contract amount.

. Contractor will not be responsible for the damages due to Nature Calamity

. Replacement will be free of charges for the damage plants except big date palm and

olive trees.
