B8.05 - Landscaping Maintenance

Scope of Services

1. Outdoor Plant Maintenance
   • Maintenance of outdoor plants three times per week.
2. Indoor Plant Maintenance
   • Maintenance of indoor plants with one visit per week.
3. Garden Waste Management
   • Removal and proper disposal of garden waste from the premises.
4. Routine Plant Care
   • Regular watering.
   • Fertilizing.
   • Cleaning.
   • Pruning of plants.
5. Pest & Disease Control
   • Implementation of pest and disease control measures.
6. Grass & Plant Upkeep
   • Trimming and maintenance of grass and plants to ensure a neat appearance.
7. General Plant Monitoring
   • Ongoing general care and monitoring of all plants.

Manpower Included

• 1 Gardener
• 1 Supervisor

Contractor Responsibilities

• Replace any plant mortality (dead plants) caused by improper maintenance techniques.
• The contractor is not responsible for plant loss due to:
  • Vandalism
  • Damage by others
  • Extreme weather
  • Natural plant expiry
  • Relocation by unauthorized persons
