   1. NON-COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE - DIESEL GENERATOR

SCOPE OF Work:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       MINOR SERVICES 3 Nos.                                                                                                                                                                                                         Major SERVICE 1 No. including all required parts and engine oil 

Provide planned preventive maintenance visits: Four visits/year to carry out routine maintenance work, including the repair of any defect detected during the visit. All major mechanical and electrical adjustments shall be carried out during the visit at no extra charge. The following shall be a routine check of the overall condition of the unit: Cooling System, Fuel System, Lubrication & Starting System, Space Heaters, Generator Main Stator Winding, and Changeover Switch, Voltage & Frequency setting, and Maintenance Activities as follows;

* Visual Inspection in the Generator control panel for alarm/malfunction.

* Check vibration.

* Check for leaks and loose connections.

* Check radiator conditions, coolant level, and coolant test.

* Check the conditions of belts.

* Check Air Cleaner indicator.

* Check Air Cleaner Element.

* Check the oil level for the engine crankcase.

* Check for governor leaks.

* Adjust and lubricate the linkages.

* Drain water and sediment from the fuel tank.

* Check for fuel system leaks.

* Check the gauge conditions.

* Check alarms and the shutdown device.

* Check the radiator louvers.

* Check the battery charger.

* Check the automatic start switches.

* Check the battery connections and electrolyte level.

* Check the operator of the space heaters.

* Visual check of the generator (main stator winding).

* Check and record all the parameters.

* Check the voltage and frequency settings
