Provide preventive maintenance during the principal period of maintenance on every quarter , 4 minor services service in one year .

1-Visual inspection in the generator control panel for the alarm /malfunction. 2- check vibration ,3- check for leaks and loose connection ,

4- check radiator conditions, coolant level and coolant test ,5- check the conditions of belts ,6- check air cleaner indicator,7- check air cleaner element ,

8- check oil level for engine crankcase,9- check for Governor leaks,10- adjust and lubricate of linkages, 11- Drain water and sediment from the fuel tank ,

12- check leak of fuel system ,13- check the conditions of gauges,14- check alarm and the shutdown device,15- check radiator louvers,16- check the battery charger ,

17- check automatic start switches,18-check batteries connections and electrolyte level, 19- check the operator of the space heaters,20-Visual check of the Generator ,

21-check and record all the parameters,22- check voltage & frequency setting,
