A1.05 - Facade Cleaning

Service Frequency: Two (2) services per year at 6-month intervals in accordance with Dubai Municipality requirements.

Services Included

The Contractor shall carry out the following services:

• External glass cleaning of the entire building façade.
• External wall washing of all accessible building elevations.
• Cleaning of the G+4+R building external façade.
• Use approved cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe cleaning methods.
• Provide transportation, cleaning materials, equipment, uniforms, and PPE for all cleaning personnel.
• Submit a Cleaning Certificate upon completion.
• Submit a Final Completion Report including before-and-after photographs.
• Perform the works in compliance with applicable UAE safety regulations.
• Maintain valid third-party liability and workmen compensation insurance.
