A1.22 - Sump Pit and Drain Line Jetting

Service Frequency: Yearly (2)service (6-months interval).

Services Included

Sump Pit Cleaning

Scope of the work:

Cleaning the sump pit by removing sludge and sediments completely and washing the tank with pressure water andtransportation of the sludge removed for proper disposal as per the Municipality rules.

Drain line Jetting

Scope of the work:

Jetting the drainage lines by using high pressure water jetting machine to remove all clogs and sediments in the linesto ensure free flow of water without any hindrance.

The Contractor shall provide the following services:

• Clean one (1) RCC Sump Pit Tank with a capacity of 1,000 gallons.
• Perform complete sump pit tank cleaning using approved cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Supply all labour, supervision, transportation, cleaning materials, equipment, uniforms, and safety shoes.
• Execute the work using methods that comply with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Maintain valid third-party liability and workmen compensation insurance.
• Provide a Cleaning Certificate upon completion.
• Submit a Final Completion Report including before-and-after photographs.

Deliverables

Upon completion of the service, the Contractor shall provide:

• Work Completion Report.
• Cleaning Certificate.
• Before-and-after photographic report.
• Skyline Livings Representative sign-off confirming satisfactory completion of the cleaning works.
