A1.01 - Cleaning Common Area

Manpower Required

2 Full time Male Cleaners.(7 days a week 12 hrs. shift)

Scope of Work

Housekeeping Services

The Contractor shall provide comprehensive housekeeping and cleaning services for Flamingo Lux, MEYDAN, Dubai, including:

1. General Housekeeping Services

• Perform all housekeeping services required to maintain the common areas in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
• Provide qualified and competent housekeeping staff.
• Implement cleaning procedures, policies, and daily inspections.
• Attend coordination meetings with the Skyline Livings Representative as required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies related to housekeeping operations when required.

2. Cleaning Services

The Contractor shall clean and maintain all common areas, including:

• Empty waste bins and replace bin liners.
• Vacuum carpets and common areas.
• Dust, polish, and wipe furniture, handrails, marble, porcelain, and fixtures.
• Remove wall and door marks.
• Machine scrub, buff, polish, sweep, and mop all floor surfaces.
• Clean internal and external glass, entrance doors, and glazing.
• Clean lobbies, corridors, lounges, and common recreational areas.
• Clean gym and health club areas.
• Clean swimming pool surroundings, pool furniture, and remove litter.
• Clean mechanical rooms when required.
• Collect litter from internal and external parking areas.
• Perform deep cleaning of lounges and common areas.
• Clean washrooms, mirrors, wash basins, fittings, and disinfect sanitary facilities.
• Clean signage and fixtures up to 15 feet high.
• Clean staircases
• Jet wash Parking area 2 time a year

3. Waste Management

• Collect waste from common and designated private areas.
• Centralize refuse at the designated waste collection point.
• Clean and disinfect waste bins and containers.
• Maintain waste storage areas in hygienic condition.

4. Materials and Equipment

The Contractor shall provide:

• All cleaning chemicals and consumables.
• Cleaning equipment and tools.
• Industrial vacuum cleaners and floor polishing machines.
• Adequate stock of approved cleaning chemicals that comply with safety standards.

5. Operational Responsibilities

• Carry out services according to agreed schedules and frequencies.
• Maintain cleanliness without disrupting residents.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control.
• Coordinate with the Skyline Livings Representative regarding housekeeping operations.
• Adjust cleaning hours during Ramadan and public holidays in accordance with regulations.
