This service agreement is made for one year as quarterly basis PPM,

The system installed in the building is from Johnson Controls BCPro systems. The building consists of 1 basement, ground floor, 4 podium, 

40 floors and top roof. A total of 18 nos. DDC panels are installed in the building in addition to 1 no. Supervisory panel. 

2 nos. of DDC panels are installed in the basement floor, 2 in ground floor, 1 in podium 1 , 1 in podium 2, 1 in podium 3, 

2 in podium4, 2 in level 2. 1 in level 18, 2 in level 19, 1 in level 33, 3 in level 39, and 1 in roof. 

The supervisory is also in the basement , server room. The panel controls and monitors the HVAC system, plumbing system and monitors the electrical systems.

1-attend to the customers concerns on a priority basis at start of each visit ,

2- perform integrity checks of the bus communication between the DDCS & DDC and front end workstation ,

3- examine functionality of control programs and sequence of major equipment such as FCU, VAV, ventilation equpiment,life safety equpiment,AHU,chilled water pumpetc,

4-any software errors ,system generated false alarms and sequence of operation errors will be corrected during visit ,

5-assist client in identifying areas of energy management during each visit by giving suggestion on energy conservation.

6- visual check of all relevant field devices and DDC controllers for signs of deterioration due to adverse environment conditions,
