Scope of Work – Air Purifiers

• Quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) including full internal and external inspection of all air purifier units.
• Filter Replacement Schedule covering
• Cleaning & Sanitization of internal components, air pathways, sensors, grills, and fan assemblies to ensure optimal airflow.
• Performance Testing including airflow measurement,odor removal efficiency, and sensor calibration.
• Electrical & Safety Inspection covering power supply, wiring, plug points, and overheating checks.
• Operational Health Report after each visit, detailing unit condition, filter life, performance readings, and recommendations.
• Emergency Call-Out Support for breakdowns or malfunctioning units within agreed response time.
• Spare Parts Management including availability, pricing, and replacement timelines for filters, motors, sensors, and PCB boards.
• Warranty Compliance ensuring all maintenance activities follow manufacturer standards to maintain warranty validity.
• Replacement Advisory for units nearing end-of-life or showing reduced efficiency beyond economical repair.
• Record Keeping & Documentation including maintenance logs, service reports, and asset tracking for all air purifier units.
• Annual Performance Summary highlighting overall system efficiency, filter consumption, breakdown trends, and improvement recommendations.
