AMC for Hot Water System - Quarterly PPM and Monthly Inspection

Scope of Work                                                                                                                                                                               

• Physical damage in the tank, insulation, and pipe

• Boiler - Leakage and joints

• Exchanger - Leakage and joints

• Circulation pump station leaks and joints

• Support Structures - Paint, bending, welding, joints, screws, and bolts

• Manual and Auto Valves

• Piping Network

• Electrical Wiring

• Heat Transfer Fluids

• Anode

• All circulator

• Expansions vessel

• Ignition and combustion chamber and system

• Boiler pump, gas valve, boiler fan, and controller

• Storage Tanks - Heat Exchanger, gasket, and anode (once in year)

• Flue gas line leakage

• Flue gas analysis (once in year)

• All safety items: PT and pressure relief valves

• Control system and sensors

Cleaning to cover the following:

• Cleaning of strainers if necessary

• Cleaning of boiler inside (once in year)

• Cleaning of calorifier with certification (once in year)

• Flushing of the complete system  (once in year)

• Submit quarterly reports detailing inspection results, corrective actions, and recommendations.
