We would like to invite your company to provide a proposal for Replacement of building entrance area tiles - Terrace Apartments

Scope of work:

Replacement of building entrance area tiles – Terrace Apartments

Location: Terrace Apartments (Blocks A,B,C,D,E,F,G)
1)Total areas-128sqm (2) per block-16sqm (3) spare tiles-10sqm.

. Careful removal and disposal of existing floor tiles in the
block entrance area.
. Mechanical removal of all residual tile adhesive, cement
mortar, and contaminants to expose a sound substrate.
. Surface preparation, including levelling and
compaction, to ensure proper bonding conditions.
. Supply and application of approved M-sand bedding
layer, levelled to required falls and tolerances.
. Application of high-quality polymer-modified tile
adhesive in accordance with manufacturer
specifications.
. Installation of new non-slip floor tiles (existing same),
aligned, levelled, and spaced uniformly as per the
approved layout. (including skirting tiles)
Application of waterproof grout to all tile joints to
ensure moisture resistance and durability,
. Final cleaning of the tiled area, removal of debris, excess
grout, and adhesive residues, leaving the site clean and
ready for use.
. Disposal of debris in DM designated area.
