Scope of Work
A. Pipe Freezing work and valve supply and
installation in 21st Floor CHW line @ Horizon tower
Pipe Freezing work
·
Inspect the site prior to commencement of work.
·
Carry out pipe freezing as required on the 4-inch pipeline
using the liquid nitrogen pipe freezing technique.
·
Ensure proper isolation of the system without draining or
shutting down the complete line.
·
Provide all necessary manpower, equipment, consumables, and
safety measures required for the freezing operation
CHW line Gate Valve Supply &
Installation
·
Cut the existing CHW line for installation of the new
valve.
·
Install a new flange for the gate valve.
·
Supply 2 Nos. heavy-duty 4-inch gate valves suitable for
the system.
·
Install the valves at the designated location after pipe
isolation.
·
Perform alignment, jointing, and all required fittings to
ensure a leak-free installation.
·
Conduct final inspection and testing to confirm proper
functionality of the valves.
