New parking slot at fountain area and kids play area

 

Scope of Work:

1.       Demolition and Disposal works

@ Demolition of existing fountain structure including concrete base and plumbing lines.

@ Removal and disposal of hard landscape materials (tiles, Kerbstone, paving etc.) @ Removal and disposal of Soft landscape materials (Grass, Plants, Soil, Irrigation System etc.)

@ Disposal of all debris to an approved municipal dumping area.

2.       Site Preparation

@ Levelling, compaction and preparation of the area of new parking construction.

@ Laying of sub-base and base course compacted to required levels and slope for drainage.

3.    Concrete Flooring

@ Apply of 1000-gauge polythene sheet before concrete casting.

@ Reinforce concrete flooring (150 mm thick) with BRC (A142) mesh reinforcement. @ After concrete casting before dry the concrete use mechanical power float smooth finishing.

@ After curing use clear sealer.

4.        Epoxy Floor system

@ Surface grinding and cleaning.

@ Application of 03 Layer Industrial grade epoxy floor coating system (3 mm thick) in approved color and finish (Primer, Base coat, Top Coat).

5.       Parking Accessories

@ Provision of parking lines and directional markings.

@ Supply and installation of wheel stoppers and safety bollards.

@ Around the parking 50 cm wide interlock footpath also.

6.       Final Inspection

@ Final inspection all area and hand over to client

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
