Scope Details: Façade Cracked Glass Replacement at unit 2101 & Villa 5
1.
Protect proposed working area with proper barricading.
2.
Removal and dumping of existing broken curtain wall glass unit with proper barricading.
3.
Supply and replacement of new 28mm thick double-glazed building cradle.
4.
Building cradle shifting work executes through the help of rope access.
5.
Approx. Size: 990mm X 1200mm & 1550mm × 1100mm.
6.
Glass color matches the existing.
7.
Final measures to be taken after confirmation of work.
8.
Area: Living Room.
9.
Warranty must be required.
10.
Target timeline must be completed within 2-3 week
Note:
1.
Contractor / consultant to do detailed site survey during the mandatory site visit.
2.
Proposal shall consist of all the material requirements and measurements. Any variation requests after issuing LPO or thereafter will not be accepted by client.
3.
Any services, item of work or small detail not specifically mentioned but inferred and necessary for the satisfactory operation of the system or installation shall be provided by the Contractor without any additional cost to the Client.
4.
Contractor will arrange their own materials/equipment when needed for carrying out the work.
5.
Contractor is responsible to use their own tools (third-party certified) and access equipment whenever needed for satisfactory completion of job.
6.
It is the responsibility of the contractor to follow all applicable Dubai Municipality and UAE
Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
