Terms & Condition
Standard Terms & Conditions:
1) You must enclose a copy of this purchase order and delivery note with the invoice to the correct Sports City Owners Association Management Services LLC department.
2) When you deliver goods and services at our site/office you must take the signature of the receiver along with his name and telephone number on the invoice and delivery note.
3) Any alteration on our Purchase order and/or Work Order or your invoice will make both document null and void.
4) You must ensure that the specifications and the goods/services delivered are as per agreed quote and any other communication through email.
5) Sports City Owners Association Management Services LLC reserves the right to give this order to another supplier for non-compliance of quantity and time or impose a penalty on sole discretion of Sports City Owners Association Management Services LLC.
6) You must send a month end statement to accounts for unpaid invoice
7) The warranty period is indicated in the line items and commences from the date the materials are received and/or Commissioned at site.
8) Kindly Submit your Applications and/or Offer as token of acceptance immediately as per RFP Deadlines.
9) All insurance of goods to be delivered is to be borne by the supplier till item are delivered at our promises unless mentioned otherwise
10) All order are to be delivered to our works as per the Agreed Terms.
11) You would release any defective good at your cost.
12) In case the goods are rejected you would ensure that they are taken back within 7 day of such rejection. Sports City Owners Association Management Services LLC reserves the right to dispose off any such goods.
13) Sports City Owner Association Management Services LLC VAT TRN (tax registration number) is 100435562200003.
14) If you are charging any VAT against this PO and/or WO, must provide us a valid tax invoice as per UAE Federal Tax Law.

Kindly ensure strict compliance of the following:
1) Invoice should be named "Tax Invoice" & You must submit your invoice along with Job Completion Report and / or Delivery Note certified by Operations along with Purchase order and / or Work Order to process the payment as per agreed terms to SOAMS thru Iskaan System.
2) Your TRN and our SOAMS TRN should be mentioned in the invoice.
3) During invoice submission attach the PO / WO copy along with original tax invoice.
4) For any operation related queries, please be guide by the below “SOAMS Operation Related Queries Contact Matrix”
5) For any payment and invoice related queries, please be guide by the below “SOAMS Payment & Invoice Related Queries Contact Matrix”
6) Bank Account Details: Any New vendors Must provide bank account details via a bank letter or a cancelled cheque (in original physical form required) while submitting invoices for Timely payment Processing. The Same procedure Shall apply for the Existing Vendors for new Bank Account Details Updation.
7) Please note No Staff from your company will be allowed to enter our JOP’s premises without having your companies valid UAE emirates ID, insurance and third-party insurance.
Non-availability of these documents will be treated as a serious breach of contract.
SOAMS will not be legally responsible for these staff in case of any injuries, or any fines levied by Government bodies.
Dubai Trade License and Activity:
IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS
As per the RERA Regulation, all vendors / Service Providers supplying services in the Emirate of Dubai must have trade license issued by relevant authority in the Emirate of Dubai.
Before you apply for any job, please make sure to comply with regulatory requirements.
Failure to do so can result in stoppage of funds through Escrow Account Payments.
SOAMS bears no liability towards any payment that is withheld by the Escrow Operator due to non-Compliance.
