Equipment Detail.

Ch-1: Parts and Compressor Replacement

Model: YCIV1000

Serial No: RKSM020008 – System 1

Scope of Work:

· Isolate the chiller from electrical source.

· Recover the refrigerant from the system.

· Supply and replacement of compressor for circuit#1.

· Pressure test the system to identify and repair the leak.

· Evacuate system as per standards.

· Supply and replacement of drier core and oil filter.

· Supply and replacement of oil.

· Charge back the recovered refrigerant and top-up (up to 65 kgs).

· Supply and replacement of IGBT Board.

· Supply and replacement of suction temperature sensor of circuit-1.

· Supply and replacement of entering & leaving temperature sensor.

· Supply and replacement of IGBT Snubber.

· Remove the defective capacitors.

· Supply and replacement of VSD capacitors & laminated bus plate.

· Repair/rewinding and fix back condenser fan motor.

· Start-up the chiller and observe the operation and log parameters.

· Hand over the chiller to the customer.

All work/inspection must be completed in comply with site requirements and to follow the safety procedures. All work relevant pre-schedule documents like Work Method statement, Risk Assessment, valid supporting documents, insurance documents etc., to be provided for necessary approval from client appointed FM service provider/safety officer.

All certified PPE’s and safety aspects to be followed strictly.

Below addressing format to be used along with TRN mentioned in proposal

Valid trade license with VAT registration copies to be attached

All staff must be professional and must be aware of work requirements

All work must be done in coordination with client appointed FM representative or onsite FM service provider team Consolidated completion report to be submitted after work completion. All respective warranty documents, completion certificates to be submitted

The proposal must be inclusive of all associated costs. Any exclusion to be mentioned clearly

Make, model rating and specifications to be mentioned in proposal clearly along with applicable warranty.

Applicable warranty to be mentioned in proposal against supply of material and work Manship Payment terms must be 100% after completion and successful invoice submission process.

Contractor must have valid Dubai license for the related work.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
