2. Scope of Work

A.     Chiller #2 Circuit #B rectification work

·       Refrigerant recovery from the system.

·       System pressure testing

·       System vacuuming

·       Supply and replacement of EXV Board – 1 No.

·       Supply and replacement of Economizer coil – 1 No.

·       Supply and replacement of Oil filter – 2 No’s

·       Charging of recovered refrigerant

·       Testing & commissioning

4. Condition

Details

Project Timeline

Completion within 15 working days after issuance of LPO.

Permissions & NOCs

All required permissions to be obtained by the vendor.

Warranty

1-year comprehensive warranty.

Retention

10% of contract value to be held for 1 year as defect liability retention.

Coordination

Contractor to coordinate with building management to minimize disturbance to residents.

Safety Compliance

Must comply with UAE safety and municipality regulations.

Insurance

Vendor to provide valid insurance for manpower, material, and liability.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
