Itihad Community Management invites proposals from qualified café operators/coffee shops to establish and operate a Coffee Kiosk in the Main Lobby of Fortune Executive Tower. The initiative aims to enhance tenant satisfaction and create a welcoming, vibrant lobby atmosphere through the provision of high-quality specialty coffee and light refreshments.

 The primary objective of this RFP is to identify an experienced and reliable partner:

• Delivering premium coffee and beverage service within a compact lobby space.
• Enhancing tenant experience and visitor satisfaction through efficient, aesthetic, and high-quality operations.
• Operating with zero capital expenditure (CAPEX) for the building while maintaining full operational transparency. 

The selected vendor shall be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of the coffee kiosk within the following specification:
