1. Project Overview This phase involves further reinforcement and sealing of structural elements, particularly in retaining walls, MEP shafts, and basement structures. The goal is to ensure long-term durability and prevent future leakage issues. 
2. Scope of Work A. Control of Water Leakage in B3 Retaining Walls • Epoxy injection and plugging method to address active leaks and seepage. • Reinforcement of affected areas using high-performance repair mortars. B. Control of Water Leakage in MEP Shafts B4 • Inspection of MEP shafts for water intrusion points. • Injection method and plugging of identified leakage areas. • Sealing of penetrations around pipes and conduits with waterproofing solutions. C. Repair of Moisture/Dampness in B4 and B3 Basement Walls • Treatment of counter pressure water using moisture-resistant coatings. • Surface preparation and application of specialized waterproof membranes. • Final inspection to ensure no residual dampness. D. Concrete Repair & Structural Strengthening (B4, B3, and Raft Repair) • Chipping of deteriorated concrete and surface preparation. • Application of high-strength repair mortar for patching. • Rough surface finishing and reinforcement to restore integrity. E. Additional Works • Installation of reinforced waterproof barriers where necessary. • Structural integrity testing upon project completion. F. Waste Disposal: • All construction debris and waste materials shall be properly collected and transported to the designated Dubai Municipality yard for disposal in compliance with local regulations. G. Warranty: • A 5-year warranty will be provided on all completed works, covering material defects and workmanship issues, ensuring long-term durability and performance. H. Facilities to be Provided by Client/Main Contractor: • Secured temperature-controlled storage for materials and tools. • Continuous supply of electricity (single & 3-phase) and water. • Lighting and ventilation for safe execution of works. • Material loading/unloading assistance, including crane support. • Site access permissions & gate passes for personnel. • Welfare facilities for laborers (rest areas, sanitation, etc.). • Safe working platforms & scaffolding as per safety regulations.
Terms & Condition

As per standards

Payment will be done after work completion upon submitting the invoice along with work completion/service reports/warranty certificates. 

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
