Total 8 Security for both Day and Night shifts, working 12 hours per shift including public holidays (1 Female, 2 CCTV Operators and 5 Guards)                                                                         General scope of work                                                                                                                   •Monitoring and verifying guests, visitors, staff, and contractors entering the premises.

•Verify authorization for entry into restricted and back of house areas.

•Ensure proper logging of materials, tools, or equipment entering or leaving the property.

•Prevent unauthorized entry and report suspicious activity immediately.

•Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, service areas, and parking zones.

•Monitor fire alarm Panel, CCTV cameras, access control and immediately report faults or alarms.

•Check fire exits, stairwells, and emergency routes for unobstruction and other safety compliance.

•Identify and report any Safety and security hazards. 

•Provide visible security presence in lobbies, entrances, and guest areas.

•Respond immediately to emergencies and other incidents/accidents. 

•Report all incidents immediately to the control room and the management.

•Conduct routine checks of fire extinguishers and firefighting equipment.

•Conduct bag checks or vehicle inspections as required.

•Escort contractors/vendors when necessary.

•Record, secure and handover any found and found items in line with hotel policy.

•Maintain accurate records for accountability.                                                                                      

•Prepare incident/accident reports when required.

•Report any irregularities or unusual observations immediately.

•Uphold confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.

•Follow hotel Standard Operating Procedures.

•Maintain daily logbooks with accurate shift entries.
