Rodent Control Services

•Installation and maintenance of rodent bait stations, traps, and boards to control rats and mice in the common areas

•Monthly inspections with preventive treatment, with re-treatment anytime in case of infestation.

Fly Control Services

•ULV, misting, residual spraying, and foaming treatments in designated areas to control flies.

•Regular inspections with monthly treatment during fly season, with re-treatment if infestation occurs.

Anti-Bedbug Services

•Non-staining, odorless, and safe chemical treatments will be applied in all rooms to eliminate bedbugs.

•Full inspections are conducted during routine treatments, with re-treatment if needed.

F&B Areas

•All kitchens, pantries, dishwashing, storage, garbage rooms, and dining/bar, Risen areas are covered.

•Twice monthly inspections and preventive treatments are carried out, with re-treatment if infestation arises.
