Detail Project Scope – Lifeguard

Duty Schedule (3 shifts daily)

12-hour duty per shift is mandatory to ensure full-day safety coverage.

Proper shift handover and briefing are required at the start and end of each shift

Time In and Time Out must be recorded daily and verified by a supervisor

Uniform and Identification

Wearing the designated lifeguard uniform is mandatory during all working hours

Name badge must be visibly worn at all times for proper identification and professional appearance.

Guest Safety & Supervision

Monitor swimming pool and ensure guest safety at all times.

Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

Emergency Response                                                                                                                                           Provide immediate first aid and CPR in case of emergencies.

Coordinate with medical or emergency services as required.

Maintain readiness to perform water rescues when necessary.

Maintenance & Equipment Checks

Ensure pool safety equipment is available, functional, and properly stored.

Conduct regular inspections of pool areas to identify hazards and report maintenance needs.

Guest Engagement & Support

Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests around the pool area.

Answer questions and provide information about pool timings, services, and amenities.

Training & Compliance

Maintain certifications (e.g., lifeguard, first aid, CPR) as per local regulations

Attend regular training and drills to stay prepared for emergencies.

Comply with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain logs of incidents, rescues, and safety checks.

Report any violations, accidents, or safety concerns to management promptly.
