•Removal and proper disposal of garden waste from the hotel premises.

•Regular watering, fertilizing, cleaning, and pruning of plants.

•Implementation of pest and disease control measures.

•Trimming and upkeep of grass and plants to maintain neat appearance.

•Ongoing general care and monitoring of all plants.

•Free replacement of failing plants, excluding date palm trees and large outdoor plants.
