FLS system AMC as per DCD requirment

Simplex Fire Alarm System, Central battery system, Fire Fighting system & Kitchen Hood 

systems functioning at THE FIRST COLLECTION HOTEL, JVC, DUBAI as follows.

Servicing will be conducted Every 03 months. After each service visit, a practical test of 

workability will be conducted and a test certificate will be made and issued. During each service 

visit maintenance work will be carried out as described here under.

Maintenance will be provided by us to keep the equipment in good working order while it is being used in accordance with specification and duty cycles. 

This maintenance service will begin from the date mentioned in our contract and will include the following: 

a. Fire protection systems

b. Preventive maintenance 

c. Complete checking 

d. All necessary work and engineering support 

e. Will perform four periodical preventive maintenances per year and inspection visits during the duration of this agreement, once every three months. 

f. Attend emergency calls 24/7 days and shall respond to all such client call out. The call outs will be attended within 4 hours after receipt of call.
