Contract should cover 4 Service visits and unlimited breakdown call outs. The contract is for regular service visits by Second Party’s technician; the number of visits will be as indicated above.

The Purpose of this contract is to ensure that the window cleaning equipment is correctly maintained and operates 

satisfactorily. Planned maintenance is the main focus; planned / routine maintenance is aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. The primary goal of the planned maintenance is to negate the repair of the equipment before it is required.                                                                                                                                                                                                          Scope of work:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                • Inspection of Access System as specified in our service report. 

• Lubrication of moving parts and tightening of bolts. 

• Identification of any damaged parts, if any, should be replaced.

• Physical checking of the suspension wires & winches. Servicing of the winches and the block stops.

• Warning of no use of Access System if applicable. 

• Notification of Client for safe usage. 

• 24 X 7 Emergency call should be attended by vendor.                                        • Notification of Client for safe usage.
