AMC for Cradle – Quarterly PPM

Scope of Work

• Inspection and servicing of motorized cradle system

• Hoist mechanism check and lubrication

• Motor performance testing and calibration

• Safety lock functionality verification

• Control panel inspection and testing

• Suspension mechanism (roof rigging, davits, tracks) inspection

• Electrical wiring and connections check

• Mechanical component integrity assessment

• Fall arrestor system inspection and testing

• Limit switch functionality check

• Emergency stop system verification

• Calibration of all safety devices

• Compliance check with local safety regulations and standards

• Lubrication of all moving parts

• Visual inspection of structural integrity

• Load testing as per statutory requirements

• Cleaning of cradle components and tracks

• Tightening of bolts, nuts, and fasteners

• Checking for signs of wear, corrosion, or fatigue

• Troubleshooting of operational faults

• Repair or replacement of worn-out or damaged parts

• Adjustment of misaligned components

• Emergency breakdown support within 24 hours

• Submission of Quarterly PPM service reports

• Annual certification of cradle system by qualified personnel

• Adherence to manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines

• Compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense regulations

• Coordination with hotel engineering team for access and scheduling
