This contract covers 4 service visits of the contract period and also breakdown calls during business hours,

1- Inspection of access system as specified in our service report,

2- Lubrication of moving parts and tightening of bolts ,

3- identification of any damaged parts ,if any , will be replaced at extra cost when the price is more than that of the threshold limit,

4- Physical checking of the suspension wires & winches , servicing of the winches and the block stops at our facilities,

5- warning of no use of access system if appliable ,

6- notification of spare parts requirement to the client ,

7- on the receipt of LPO from the client , the replacement of parts will be carried out .

8- Third party assistance will br provide by M/S Vaptec,

9- Notification of client for safe usage,

10- 24 x 7 Emergency call will be attended M/S Vaptec LLC ,
