•Public areas includes lobby, corridors,hotel and lobby entrance ,Business center, elevators, washrooms,restaurants, Pool area, Recreation facilities and other guest spaces.

•Cleaning and sanitizing of areas

•Regular replenishment of supplies

Weekly Tasks

•Machine scrubbing/polishing of hard floors in public areas.

•Shampooing of entrance mats and small carpets.

•High-dusting of vents, light fixtures, and ceiling corners.

•Deep cleaning of elevator tracks and doors.

•Detailed cleaning of staircases, railings, and skirting.

Monthly Tasks

•Shampooing of sofas

•Full glass cleaning (interior and exterior of lobby).

•Floor scrubbing of areas

•Intensive cleaning of lobby furnitures

•Power washing of external entrances and parking spaces.
