Scope of Work – Annual maintenance contract for Intercom
Brand Name: ALCAD
1. Preventive Maintenance
• Scheduled
quarterly inspections of all intercom
units (audio, video, and access panels).
• Cleaning,
testing, and calibration of devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Firmware/software
updates (where applicable).
• Verification
of wiring integrity, power supply, and network connections.
2. Corrective Maintenance
• On-call
support for troubleshooting and repair of faulty intercom units.
• Replacement
of defective components (handsets, panels, wiring, power supplies).
• Rectification
of audio/video quality issues (distortion, low volume, poor image).
• Response
time commitment:
• Critical
faults (system down): within 4–6 hours.
• Non-critical
faults: within 24–48 hours.
3. System Monitoring & Reporting
• Annual
performance audit of the entire intercom system.
• Submission
of quarterly maintenance reports detailing inspections, repairs, and
replacements.
• Recommendations
for upgrades or enhancements to improve system reliability.
4. Spare Parts & Consumables
• Vendor to
maintain a stock of essential ALCAD spare parts for quick replacement.
• Consumables
(cables, connectors, screws, etc.) included in service scope.
5. Training & Support
• Basic
training for building staff/security on system usage and minor troubleshooting.
• Telephone/email
support during working hours.
