We would like to request for proposal based on the attached scope of work

Tank Details

1. Basement-4 RCC domestic water tank- 1(242 M2)

2. Basement-4 RCC domestic water tank- 2 (242 M2)

3. Rooftop RCC domestic water tank(168 M2)

• The work will involve draining, cleaning and preparing the internal tank surfaces (all sides including the walls, floors and excluding ceiling).
• cutting of the existing GRP lining,  wastage cart away and dump in municipality dump yard .
• Grinding the whole inside surfaces of the tank and clean the tank from foreign particles before applying the GRP lining
• GRP resins will be applied on the internal tank surface as per the standards for potable water tank lamination.
• The laminated tank will be well ventilated to facilitate free movement of air and to extract out any volatile or semi volatile organic compounds emitted from freshly applied resin compound.
• After complete curing, the tank will be inspected to verify the integrity of the applied lining lamination.
• Following the quality checks, the laminated surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected with food grade disinfectant formulations as a final step before refilling the tank with water for use.

Note: Lining Thickness and Resin Quality

Resins are selected based on the site specific requirements.  below mentioned the quality of resin advisable for the specific work based on the durability to withstand high water temperature during the summer months which causes swift disintegration of inferior quality lining or quality lining if not applied correctly in the required thickness. Require to  applying GRP lamination of 5 mm thickness for the side walls and floor to maintain integrity of the laminated surface in high temperature during the peak summer months.

Client required  Safety and Hygiene standards  for such work and gives prime importance to safety and hygiene at work. teams should  trained and certified to carry out confined space jobs and we require  your HSE team to assure complete safety compliance at site.

Warranty requires 10 years
