SCOPE OF WORK

Quarterly Maintenance Service (4 times per year) 

Check the UPS Panel display by stimulating the fault and observe if there is any alarm  Check the ambient temperatures and humidity. 

Cleanliness of UPS Power module  Cleanliness of control panel 

Inspect proper operation of cooling fan/Ventilation fan of the UPS 

Inspect all ac capacitors for signs of leakage 

Check Electricals connections and internal protection fuses  Cleanliness of UPS power module

 Checking incoming DC voltage /current/frequency all phase

 Checking Rectifier input voltage /current/frequency all phase 

Checking incoming Dc voltage and current 

Checking the UPS for Normal, Battery and bypass operation 

Check system output voltages /current/ frequency all phase 

Check system bypass voltage /current /frequency all phase 

Check the load percentage 

General appearance of battery system 

Check battery current, voltage, Continuity, Charging & Discharging Status 

Inspect the battery terminals keep the cleaned and free of corrosion replace as needed  Submission of Service maintenance log sheet/report.
