Dear Service Providers,

Greetings from ASTECO!

We are seeking for proposals for the below detailed scope of work at Dorra Bay Tower located in Marina, Dubai.

1. Do 6” coring on the side shear wall and fix 6” HP PVC pipe. Make waterproof around the pipe passing through coring 
2. Fix 6” cap at the outside of the building 
3. Fix 6” PVC high pressure pipe and connect to existing RWP. include all necessary fittings such as sockets L bows. Fix necessary supports as required. 
4. Extend 4” pipe from the parking area and join with the 6” HP PVC pipe. Include all necessary fittings such as sockets, Y connector, L bows. Fix necessary supports as required. 
5. Provide 6” HP PVC pipe from ramp floor linear drain from basement 1 connect 6” HP PVC pipe to the ramp floor linear drain. Extend the 6” pipe to the grease trap piping connected to the basement 2 wastewater sump pit. Include all necessary fitting such as sockets, Y connector, L bows. Fix necessary supports as required. 

Note:
6. Contractor / consultant to do detailed site survey during the mandatory site visit. 
7. Proposal shall consist of all the material requirements and measurements. Any variation requests after issuing LPO or thereafter will not be accepted by client. 
8. Any services, item of work or small detail not specifically mentioned but inferred and necessary for the satisfactory operation of the system or installation shall be provided by the Contractor without any additional cost to the Client. 
9. Contractor will arrange their own materials/equipment when needed for carrying out the work. 
10. Contractor is responsible to use their own tools (third-party certified) and access equipment whenever needed for satisfactory completion of job. 
11. It is the responsibility of the contractor to follow all applicable Dubai Municipality and UAE regulations.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
