2. Scope Details: Compressor Replacement & Parts Replacement
1.
Isolate the chiller from electrical source.
2.
Recover the refrigerant from ch#1.
3.
Supply and replacement of compressors of ch#1
4.
Pressure test with nitrogen of ch#1.
5.
Identify and repair the leaks (if any)
6.
Supply and replacement of suction transducer with jack of ch#1.
7.
Supply and replace oil filter and drier of ch#1.
8.
Evacuate system as per standard and charge fresh oil on ch#1.
9.
Charge back the recovered refrigerant and top-up
10.
Start-up the chiller and handover to the customer.
11.
New compressor replacement Warranty must be 2 years
12.
lifting arrangement must be cover by service provider
13.
Submit a technical report after site inspection
14.
Target timeline must be completed within 6-8 week
Note:
15.
Contractor / consultant to do detailed site survey during the mandatory site visit.
16.
Proposal shall consist of all the material requirements and measurements. Any variation requests after issuing LPO or thereafter will not be accepted by client.
17.
Any services, item of work or small detail not specifically mentioned but inferred and necessary for the satisfactory operation of the system or installation shall be provided by the Contractor without any additional cost to the Client.
18.
Contractor will arrange their own materials/equipment when needed for carrying out the work.
19.
Contractor is responsible to use their own tools (third-party certified) and access equipment whenever needed for satisfactory completion of job.
20.
It is the responsibility of the contractor to follow all applicable Dubai Municipality and UAE regulations.

All work/inspection must be completed in comply with site requirements and to follow the safety procedures All work relevant pre-schedule documents like Work Method statement, Risk Assessment, valid supporting documents, insurance documents etc., to be provided for necessary approval from client appointed FM service provider/safety officer.
All certified PPE’s and safety aspects to be followed strictly.

Valid trade license with VAT registration copies to be attached
All staff must be professional and must be aware of work requirements
All work must be done in coordination with client appointed FM representative or onsite FM service provider team Consolidated completion report to be submitted after work completion. All respective warranty documents, completion certificates to be submitted
The proposal must be inclusive of all associated costs. Any exclusion to be mentioned clearly
Make, model rating and specifications to be mentioned in proposal clearly along with applicable warranty.
Applicable warranty to be mentioned in proposal against supply of material and work Manship Payment terms must be 100% after completion and successful invoice submission process.
Contractor must have valid Dubai license for the related work.
Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
