ACTIVITY/SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
1)One Ghost Mascot Appearance
-Three appearances for the entire event (3-hour event duration), 20-30 minutes each appearance and photo opportunity.
2)Face Painting Station
-Face painting corner/setup for the entire event (3- hour event duration).
-Including one artist, setup and materials.
3)Arts & Crafts Trick or Treat Totebag painting
-Arts & crafts station for 50 pax.
-2 kids tables and 10 chairs.
-Two station attendant
4)Trick or Treat Program Host
-Game host for an hour and 30 minutes program.
-Random prizes included
-The host will also manage introduction of other entertainment services/entertainers
5)Magic Show
-30-minute magic show
6)Sound System and Microphone
-One good quality bluetooth speaker (intended for outdoor use) with wireless microphone rental.
7)Popcorn Station
-Popcorn station for 100 pax quote
8)Basic Decor/Setup
-Setup can be done at least a day prior the event.
9)Refreshments
Terms & Condition
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
