GF EV Charging Station (Civil Works)

Ground floor Parking modification for EV charging station

 

Demolition and Waste Management:

 

·        Demolishing the raised plinth floor near the existing parking slots on the ground floor "00" and "07."

·        Carting away demolished wastes and leveling the floor with proper finishing.

Epoxy Flooring and Marking:

·        Applying epoxy flooring for the new parking area (3 x 6 meters approx.).

·        Including parking slot markings for 2 Nos designated for EV charging.

Parking Slot Modification:

·        Modification or creation of new parking slots as per the requirements.

Ramp Divider Modifications:

·        Modifying the entry/exit ramp divider area by removing the counter stone up to 3 meters.

·        Painting the modified area with yellow/white zebra markings.

·        Modifying the ramp divider areas on levels B1, B2, and B3 by removing the counter stone up to 2 meters.

·        Painting these modified areas with yellow/white zebra markings.

Handrail Partition:

·        Supplying and installing a stainless-steel handrail partition from the pillar to the wall near the EV charging parking slots.

Parking Slot Markings:

Supplying and marking parking slots, including:

·        2 Nos EV markings.

·        Parking slot numbering change from "00" to "10."

Heavy-Duty Grating Grill:

·        Supplying and installing a floor-mounted heavy-duty grating grill of dimensions 1.5 x 1.5 meters.

Approvals:

·        Including Dubai Municipality and Land Department approvals for the modifications.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
