Demolition and Waste
Management:
·
Demolishing the raised
plinth floor near the existing parking slots on the ground floor "00"
and "07."
·
Carting away demolished
wastes and leveling the floor with proper finishing.
Epoxy Flooring and Marking:
·
Applying epoxy flooring
for the new parking area (3 x 6 meters approx.).
·
Including parking slot
markings for 2 Nos designated for EV charging.
Parking Slot Modification:
·
Modification or
creation of new parking slots as per the requirements.
Ramp Divider Modifications:
·
Modifying the
entry/exit ramp divider area by removing the counter stone up to 3 meters.
·
Painting the modified
area with yellow/white zebra markings.
·
Modifying the ramp
divider areas on levels B1, B2, and B3 by removing the counter stone up to 2
meters.
·
Painting these modified
areas with yellow/white zebra markings.
Handrail Partition:
·
Supplying and
installing a stainless-steel handrail partition from the pillar to the wall
near the EV charging parking slots.
Parking Slot Markings:
Supplying and marking parking slots, including:
·
2 Nos EV markings.
·
Parking slot numbering change
from "00" to "10."
Heavy-Duty Grating Grill:
·
Supplying and
installing a floor-mounted heavy-duty grating grill of dimensions 1.5 x 1.5
meters.
Approvals:
·
Including Dubai
Municipality and Land Department approvals for the modifications.
