JOB REFERENCE:

Objective:
• To conduct External building marble replacement and repair works, ensuring structural
integrity, aesthetic uniformity and durability across specified areas.
• To adhere to safety, quality and regulatory compliance throughout the project.
❖ Pre-Work Activities:
• Site Inspection: Conduct a mandatory site visit to assess project requirements accurately.
• Material Procurement: Plan and procure necessary materials based on inspection
findings.
• Permit Acquisition: Obtain required permits from DMCC before commencing work.
• Safety Assessment: Implement appropriate safety measures, including barricading of
work areas to prevent unauthorized access.
• Worker Safety: Ensure all workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
throughout the project.
❖ Work Execution:
Basement 1 – Building Backside
• Secure loose marble panels on the walls to prevent further detachment.
• Replace damaged marbles with new ones matching the existing standard.
• Ensure proper grouting for long-lasting installation.
Ground Floor – (front side, left and right side of the buildings)
• Replace damaged marbles - Supply and installation of 20mm thick absolute black marble,
matching existing design.
• Ensure proper grouting for long-lasting installation.
❖ Post-Work Activities:
• Cleaning and Waste Disposal: Conduct thorough cleaning of work areas after
completion. Dispose of debris at the designated municipality yard.
• Quality Check: Ensure proper installation, leveling, and grouting of all replaced tiles and
marbles.
• Client Coordination: Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to confirm work
completion and satisfaction.
• Submission of Work Completion Report: Provide a detailed work completion report with
attached pictures documenting the before and after conditions of the site.
❖ Safety and Compliance:
• Follow local regulations and safety guidelines throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and best practices.
• Use proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures if required
Terms & Condition
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
As per standards
Payment will be done after work completion upon submitting the invoice along with work completion/service reports/warranty certificates.
