A.     A. Site Survey & Assessment

 • Conduct a detailed site inspection to understand the work requirements (lift - interior walls only).

B.     B. Safety Measures & Mobilization

• Implement necessary HSE protocols, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

• Cover all floors and sensitive areas with protective mats.

• Coordinate with building management for safe execution.

C.    C. The contractor shall be responsible for:

• Surface preparation, cleaning and leveling to ensure proper adhesion of the wrapping film.

• Supply of premium quality architectural wrapping film (finish: metallic and water resistant design, Client suggested material TBD, code - S140).

• Installation of wrapping film to elevator interior walls only (excluding ceiling, floor and fixtures unless specified).

• Finishing, trimming and ensuring seamless joints with no visible air bubbles or wrinkles.

• Handover after final inspection and submit the warranty certificate along with completion report.

D.     D. Compliance & Safety

• Elevators under wrapping works must be locked/tagged out and not used by residents/tenants during installation.

• Workers must use proper PPE (safety gloves, masks, safety shoes, etc.).

• Materials used must be low-odor, non-toxic, and fire-rated to avoid risk to building occupants.

• Work area to be cordoned off with safety signage and barriers.

• Compliance with Dubai Municipality and building HSE requirements.

E.      E. Material Specifications and Deliverables

 • Type: Premium architectural wrapping film.

• Finish: Metal-look / waterproof (Design to be approved from client prior to installation).

• Durability: Scratch-resistant, easy-to-clean, fire-rated where applicable.

• Warranty: Minimum 5 years (60 months) to be provided.

• Warranty certificates and material datasheets.


Note:

• Contractor to do detailed site survey during the mandatory site visit.

• Proposal shall consist of all the material requirements and measurements. Any variation requests after issuing LPO or thereafter will not be accepted by client.

• Any services, item of work or small detail not specifically mentioned but inferred and necessary for the satisfactory operation of the system or installation shall be provided by the Contractor without any additional cost to the Client.

• Contractor will arrange their own materials/equipment when needed for carrying out the work.

• Contractor is responsible to use their own tools (third-party certified) and access equipment whenever needed for satisfactory completion of job.

• It is the responsibility of the contractor to follow all applicable Dubai Municipality and UAE regulations.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.

Payment will be done after work completion upon submitting the invoice along with work completion/service reports/warranty certificates.
