1. Services Included. 

At periodic intervals of two months, ROYAL FUJI STAR will perform a check of all safety and vital elements of the elevator(s), as well as all necessary adjustments of those parts that require it. In any case, the periodicity of the revisions will be adapted to, at least, what is established by the law.

In every revision, ROYAL FUJI STAR will perform the greasing and cleaning of all elements that require this due to their features, using homologated lubricants approved by ROYAL FUJI STAR quality standard policy.

 ROYAL FUJI STAR will attend all call out notices to correct the failures of the elevators. Emergency call outs / Break downs shall be attended immediately within 45 to 60 minutes from the time of receiving breakdown call from the client. 

 ROYAL FUJI STAR will keep the client informed about new regulations to apply. ROYAL FUJI STAR will also ask the Client’s acceptance for those repairs and replacements, excluded by contract, that are necessary to keep the elevator in good condition of service and safety
